I have experience as a Head of Marketing in two IT companies (b2b SaaS and outsourcing). In total, I have 6 years of experience in marketing. I have managed teams of around 10 people. My main tasks were to develop marketing strategy, omnichannel performance marketing plan, Go-To-Market plan and execute them, conducting promo material creation and ads launching, mentoring and achieving KPIs of my team. The markets I have worked with include Canada, US, UK, Germany, Asia.
The main achievement was creating a department from scratch with all business processes, product matrix, team hiring, etc. We received the first results within a month from the start of my work.
