I have been a Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board for a sunflower oil-producing plant in the Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine and a Member of the Board of Directors for its Swiss parent company. Additionally, I have been managing a Ukrainian law firm. I have vast experience managing companies, corporate matters, international contractual issues, communication with government authorities and banking financing for companies.
I was Deputy General Manager at a Ukrainian grain trading company acting in the commodity market and cooperating with well-known trades such as Bunge, Cargill and Louis Dreyfus. My primary responsibility was to correct and precisely conclude commodity agreements under INCOTERMS, GAFTA, and FOSFA terms and dispute resolution with contractual clients, including GAFTA, FOSFA, and LMAA arbitration.
I earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, a PhD in Law, and a doctoral degree in Administrative and Financial Law from Ukraine. Additionally, I am an associate professor at the National Academy of Management in Kyiv and am responsible for the accreditation, fulfilment, and quality of educational programs for PhD postgraduate students.
