I am looking for an HR position in a dynamic high speed growing company with many challenges as it is a role I can perform exceptionally well to a high standard.
I have Canadian experience and I am grateful for the opportunities and challenges that have shaped my journey. In reflecting on the responsibilities entrusted to me, I am inspired by the impactful role I play in fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
At present, I am located in Calgary, but we are planning to move to Newfoundland and Labrador nearest time. I have a visa, granted under CUAET program for Ukrainians, and open work permit in Canada. I am looking for a long term full time position so I can develop my skills and bring value to the company.
I have been working in the position of HR manager since 2011 and for the past 8 years - in the IT area.
I have a Master's degree in law, so I am attentive to the details. As you can see from my CV, I have experience in all related to HR area fields - in IT recruiting, onboarding, probation period, L&D, performance and salary reviews, retention, rotation, switch to other technologies, terminations. I have experience in creating HR strategy for the companies, worked on HR analytics, systematized different processes and internal documents.
My mother tongue is Ukrainian, I am fluent in russian and I know English at Upper-Intermediate level. I feel I am suitable for the role of HR manager as I have a great deal of experience in cooperation with leadership teams in several IT companies and this cooperation was quite successful. - HR duties (full cycle recruiting, working on HR Strategy, Onboarding, Probation period, HR Policies, Headcount, HR Analytics, Events, Workplace incidents, corporate culture).

Goal is to to make close contact “employee-company”, “company-employee” for achieving a higher level of engagement and loyalty, to identify a score for each area (satisfaction of office, relationships in the team and other). Collected important info asap, quickly reacted to all needs, and predicted problems and risks.
• Created and launched Soft Skills Evaluation process for 800+ people.
High quality process for evaluating SoftSkills in the company. Goal is to show each employee’s strengths and weaknesses regarding the results of the evaluation process. To help by creating plans for future the development of each skill for each employee.
• Created and participated in launch of Kids Club - goal is to create kids & parent’s internal community as retention program.
