• Welcoming guests and maintaining a positive attitude, communicating with members and guests in a clear, respectful, and empathetic manner, fostering open and meaningful dialogue.
• Ensuring communication, promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and issues raised by club members.
• Managing online and phone hotel reservations, performing all check-in and check-out tasks, informing guests about payment methods and verifying their credit card data, ensuring Housekeeping Team is aware of any
information regarding the status of hotel rooms.
• Taking reservations for the restaurant and all club events.
• Creating food and beverage requests for each club signature event and taking note of any member preferences
including allergies, and dietary restrictions. Communicating them to appropriate department and updating
the member profiles.
• Completing a Daily Summary report and a Club Events Pace reports and distributing them to the entire team.
• Collaborating effectively with the Head of Concierge, the Concierge Manager, and other relevant stakeholders
to address member or guest complaints in timely manner.
