As a Victim Support Consultant, I provided compassionate and professional assistance to individuals who have experienced financial abuse. The primary objective was to support and empower victims as they navigate the aftermath of traumatic events, ensuring their well-being and helping them regain a sense of control and security. Here's a brief description of obligations:
- Emotional Support: Throughout this period I was providing direct assistance to help victims overcome the consequence of the abuse and educate them about what happened and how they can further protect themselves.
- Crisis Intervention: I had advised and assisted victims against engaging in similar patterns that could lead to further financial abuse
- Information and Referral: I educated these victims how to handle their finances best to cope with the consequence of the abuse.
- Advocacy: I have sought compensation for these victims to help rehabilitate them.

In my capacity, as an Office Manager, I was providing the company's management with all necessary technical and operational support to facilitate achieving the company's objectives.
- I was attending all senior management meetings related to technical and operations performance, I was also responsible for monitoring the building capacity of the company, as well as coordination with clients and partners.
I was responsible for information sharing related to the financial and budget developments to make sure that necessary information reached each sub-office on a need-to-know basis.
- Part of my duty was preparing the initial budget for all sub-offices, and disseminating it to finance offices, within each office, in order to enhance, based on the office requirements. I was monitoring and supervising the HR procurement team, within the company's main office and ensuring that the selection of employees is done as per the standard.
