My responsibilities were: coordinate a detailed and accurate intake of information on the clients first visit to the clinic; Answer telephone calls, greet clients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns;
Provide support to clients in filling intake forms at the clinic;
Maintain patient records and update patient medical history;
Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, faxing, and scanning documents as needed.
Responsibilities:
Teach one or more university subjects to undergraduate and graduate students. Prepare and deliver lectures to students and conduct laboratory sessions or discussion groups.
